Plumbing Superintendent - New Construction

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Plumbing Superintendent to oversee all plumbing-related activities for our new residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all plumbing systems are installed accurately, safely, and in compliance with local codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews and subcontractors on multiple job sites.
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Ensure all installations meet or exceed local building codes and regulations.
Work closely with other trades and project managers to ensure seamless integration and completion of all plumbing tasks.
Schedule and monitor inspections for completed work.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in plumbing installations.
Train and mentor junior plumbing staff and apprentices.
Provide daily and weekly progress reports to management.
Maintain and enforce safety procedures and protocols on all job sites.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience in residential new construction.
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
Proven track record of successfully completed projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation: $1,500.00 - $1,900.00 per week
