Ancla Plumbing has spent years building a strong reputation in Arizona residential plumbing. Now we’re growing our home service division and looking for a top technician who knows the trade, can communicate and sell ethically, and wants a real seat at the table as we build.

✓ Accurately diagnoses residential plumbing problems and explains the solution clearly.
✓ Builds trust with homeowners and presents Good / Better / Best options without pressure or gimmicks.
✓ Understands that ethical selling means helping customers make the right decision for their home.
✓ Takes pride in workmanship, cleanliness, documentation, and follow-through.
✓ Wants performance-based earning potential and is comfortable being accountable for results.
✓ Can help improve processes, customer experience, pricing feedback, and field standards as the division grows.
What You’ll Do
· Run residential service, repair, and replacement calls across the Phoenix metro area.
· Diagnose issues, document findings, and present clear repair or replacement options.
· Complete high-quality work to applicable codes and company standards.
· Create a five-star customer experience from arrival through payment and follow-up.
· Recommend upgrades only when they genuinely improve safety, reliability, efficiency, or peace of mind.
· Help shape the systems, standards, and culture of a new service department.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
